The low-FODMAP diet cuts out foods containing short-chain carbohydrates for four to eight weeks. These are poorly absorbed by the small intestine, so ferment quickly. That can lead to excess water and gas, resulting in IBS symptoms. FODMAP stands for the types of sugars – Fermentable Oligosaccharides, Disaccharides, Monosaccharides, and Polyols.

A low-FODMAP diet consists of the restriction of fermentable carbohydrates, which is recommended only for a short time, usually whilst the gut is allowed time to heal and reduce symptoms of IBS.


Each week contains three main meals that are meal prepped either in advance or on the day with the leftovers the following days and each week will have a meal prep snack. The meals are designed to provide enough protein, healthy fats, and complex carbohydrates to help you stay on track while providing plenty of fiber and other essential nutrients.

  • 4-weeks of 7-day vegan low-FODMAP meal plan provide a variety of recipes, around 6-8 recipes each week.
  • You get 3 main meals and snacks each week.
  • Recipes are whole food plant-based without meat replacements, excess oils, or processed foods. No artificial flavours or ingredients are included.
  • You may get a plant-based sweet snack without the added sugar that's both healthy and tasty. It can curb sweet cravings.
  • The weekly recipes are easy to follow with clear instructions and simple ingredients, usually taking under 30 minutes to make.
  • Nutritional info (macronutrient & micronutrient values) helps track progress and meet goals.
  • You'll get a list of ingredients each week to make cooking from scratch easier. This saves money by reducing waste.
